All prices are per room and are based on two people sharing. A deposit of one nights stay is required to secure a booking.
for room only rate please deduct £7.50 per person per night.
Double/Twin Room from £75 per night
Single Room from £50 per night
I am pleased to offer a 5% discount for stays of three nights or more from the 1st April to 30th September and 10% at all other times.
Once payment has been received, your booking is confirmed.
Check In: from 3pm Check Out: 10.30
I am happy to take bookings over the phone and accept most major cards. Regretfully I have to make a 3% surcharge on all credit card bookings

Langtry Country House operates the following policy in the event of cancellation of a confirmed booking:
Regretfully, we must charge for bookings cancelled or amended within 14 days of your proposed arrival. In this event, your card will automatically be charged the quoted amount for the duration of your stay.
Reservations may be cancelled without charge as long as we can re-book the room(s) for the duration of your stay. Whilst we will do everything we can to re-let your accommodation, if this is not possible the full amount will be charged.
Whilst staying with us, if you should decide to leave before your confirmed date of departure, we are unable to refund days not taken.
In the event of a ‘no show’ on the day of arrival or failure to occupy the room for whatever reason, we reserve the right to charge the FULL RATE for the duration of the confirmed stay (not at any offered discounted rate)
Langtry Country House reserves the right to recover in full the cost, together with any consequential loss, of replacing and/or repairing any damage, howsoever caused, to the buildings fabric, structure, contents and property from those persons(including guests and visitors) liable for the damage. In the case of damage and/or consequential loss caused by guests, the person responsible for payment of the bill(ie. the person who has provided credit card details on booking) will be deemed liable, whether or not that person is a guest in the house.
We strongly urge you to take out appropriate cancellation insurance. All cancellations and/or any changes to your reservation must be made by telephone. Please do not rely on e-mails or text messages. If your reservation is made within 14 days of your arrival, you will automatically be in the cancellation period. No refunds will be given for failing to take up any component included in the price of your holiday.
